College of Electrical Engineering of Zhejiang University is one of the earliest founded colleges of Electrical Engineering in China. It is empowered with key strengths like National Engineering Center for Applied Power Electronics, National Key Laboratory of Power Electronics, Zhejiang Provincial Key Laboratory of Electrical Equipments & Systems on Marine Renewable Energy, Zhejiang Provincial Key Laboratory of IC Designs. Its faculties are currently engaged in such research areas as Electrical Engineering, Control Science and Engineering, and Electronic Science and Technology.

In order to build EE College into a world-class one, tenure-track system will be piloted, drawing on world-renown university academic policy and procedure for faculty appointment, to attract EE elites worldwide to join the College.

Required Qualifications:
* Working experience as assistant professor or associate professor in world-renown universities, or
   equivalent experience
* Aged around 35
* Full-time position needed
* Good work ethics & spirit of truth seeking
* Excellent academic potential & teamwork spirit
* Capable of independently exploring a new research area

Salary & Benefits:
* Appointed as research fellow, qualified to recruit doctoral students

Smart grid, power transmission and distribution, renewable energy power conversion system, HVDC & FACTS, advanced power devices, integrated power electronics technology, special electric machines, advanced drive technology, micro-grid technology, robotics, intelligent control and intelligent systems, integrated circuit design, etc.
