Authors should submit a short paper (up to 4 pages) according to the format

requirements. All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings

which will be distributed to each conference participant, and e-published at IEEE

XPlore (thus very likely to be included in EI according to the past experience), being

available to the entire scientific community.

    Selected papers will be invited for inclusion in a Special Issue at Journal of Zhejiang

University Science. Best papers will be invited for submission to the Special Issue on

Functional Imaging of the Heart at IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging,

and to a Special Issue on Functional Neuroimaging at IEEE Transactions on Neural

Systems and Rehabilitation Engineering.
