* Each regular member can register a maximum of 2 papers, of which he/she is one of

   the authors. The 2nd paper will be charged with additional 50 USD.

* Each student registration will only cover one paper submission. A student registrant

   can submit the 2nd paper with additional 100 USD submission fees.
