      you are unconvenient to use the online system.

 * Use the Online Registration & Paper Submission System to register your

    personal information and submit your paper(s).

 * Authors should submit a short paper (PDF file, up to 4 pages) according to the

    format requirements ( template.doc ).

Registration and Submission steps:

1. Prepare your paper(s)

     (1) Paper format

           Make sure if your paper conforms to the IEEE standard conference format.

           MS Word template can be downloaded here ( template.doc ).

     (2) Page limit

           4 pages

     (3) Accepted file format

           PDF file.

           To avoid fonts problem, we suggest THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE in

         PDF conversion:

         print with Adobe PDF -> "properties" -> default settings "Edit..." -> "Fonts"

         -> remove all the contents in "Never Embed" -> "OK" and save your setting ....

     (4) Check your PDF with the IEEE Xplore PDF requirements (IMPORTANT)

           We strongly recommend you to use IEEE PDF eXpress to check you PDF

         with the IEEE Xplore PDF requirements.

2. Register your personal information and Submit your paper(s)

    -> Log on the Online Registration & Paper Submission System.

    -> Press "Register" button and finish your registration.

         Your Email address will be your system login name in later use.

    -> After registering successfully, you will see the submission pageview:

         * By clicking your name, you can modify your personal information;

         * The "status" indicates whether you have paid your registration fee;

         * Submit your paper with the correct Title and Authors information,

            only PDF file will be accepted;

         * Your submitted paper will be displayed in the form. You can edit its

            information or delete it. A paper ID will be assigned as the paper filename.
