We welcome colleagues from overseas with an interest in the conference. Most

travelers to China must have a valid Visa. Visas may be obtained from the Chinese

Consulate in most major cities.

    # Each foreign conference Online-System registrant will be e-mailed an official

invitation letter (issued by Zhejiang University) to be used for Visa application.

    # If you need an invitation letter, please fill in and e-mail back the registration form

and the Visa application form. We will e-mail you the invitation letter as soon as

possible. Please make sure of your application no later than August in 2007.
