Fuji-ZJU IGBT Seminar 2013 was held this Tuesday, May 28, by managers and engineers from Fuji Electric (China) Co., Ltd. The seminar covered such topics as market trend, power semiconductors line up and future, Fuji IGBT modules for solar inverter, Fuji IGBT modules for wind power inverter, Fuji IGBT modules for MV and SVG, purpose of switching test, switching test equipments and setup, and switching test principle and method.
Mr Hideaki Kakiki, General Manager of Semiconductor Application Engineering Department, Semiconductor sales Division, Fuji Electric (China) Co., Ltd.graduated from the Electronics Department in Matsumoto Technical School in 1986. He started to work for Fuji Electric Research and Development Center Co., Ltd. in 1986. He engaged in development for GTO Thyristor from 1986 until 1998. From 1986 until 2011, He engaged in development and application engineering IGBT module in Fuji electric manufacture.He has been General Manager of Semiconductor Technology Department in Fuji electric (China) since 2011 until now.
Mr Li Jun, Manager of Semiconductor Application Engineering Department, Semiconductor sales Division, Fuji Electric (China) Co., Ltd. graduated from South China University of Technology and received B.S. degree of mechanical engineering in 2003. He engaged in development of general inverter from 2009 until 2011. Since 2011 he joined Fuji Electric(China) Co., Ltd as a power semiconductor application engineer. His current endeavor is in the area of various power range IGBT module application, such as IGBTs for general inverter, MV/SVG, renewable energy etc.
Mr Chen Song, Semiconductor Application Engineering Department, Semiconductor sales Division Fuji Electric (China) Co., Ltd. Graduated in School of Electronic Information and Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2008. He was engaged in designing and testing of active power filter at Shanghai Jiao Tong University until 2010. He started working for Fuji Electric (China) Co.,Ltd in 2010. He has been evaluating inverter during 2010~2011 and designing power stack for wind power during 2011~2012. In 2012, he joined Entered Semiconductor Application Engineering Department.
