Prof Dieckerhoff from the Technical University of Berlin visited Power Electronics Research Institute this Wednesday on Mar 19. Her tour to EE College was part of the celebration of the 30th anniversity of ZJU-TUB partnership.
Prof Dieckerhoff was visiting Microgrid Experimental Platform that drew together the cooperation of different reseach areas in EE College.
Prof Zhang Junmin, the deputy director of the Institute, and Dr Yao Wenxi attended the meeting. After a brief introduction of the overall information of College’s teaching, research and international exchange, the two sides moved further and in detail to Power Electronics, the area in which they were engaged. Prof Dieckerhoff showed great interest in National Key Laboratroy of Power Electronics, the unique national key laboratory of Power Electronics and Drives in China. The possibility of research cooperation and student exchange program was later discussed by the two sides. After the meeting, Prof Dieckerhoff visited labs of Power Electronics and Microgrid Experimental Platform that was attached to Zhejiang Provincial Key Laboratory of Electrical Equipments & Systems on Marine Renewable Energy.
