Background

The Biennial IEEE Conference on Electromagnetic Field Computation (CEFC 2018) is held by IEEE Magnetics Society, first established in 1984. As the development of computing technology, Computational Electromagnetics has become mature as an interdiscipline field. It has been widely applied in Electrical Engineering and many other fields. There is a need to periodically summarize the developement status and prospects. The purpose of this conference aims to provide a platform to demonstrate the most recent achievements in the modelling and simulation in electromagnetic field, with special focus on the computer-aided design of electromagnetic equipments and devices of high and low frequency, the interaction between substance and electromagnetic field. Prof. YANG Shiyou from College of Electrical Engineering in Zhejiang University serves as the Executive Committee Chair. The CEFC Conference is held every two years.
